Master Scuba Diver
The PHd of recreational scuba diving.
When you walk into a dive centre and put down a Master Scuba Diver certification card, you are recognized as a superior diver with training and skills that put you above the crowd.
A Master Scuba Diver has completed the following:
- PADI Advanced Open Water diver
- PADI Rescue Diver (or equivalent)
- Emergency First Responder (or equivalent)
- Five PADI Diving Specialties
- 50 logged dives
With the above training and dive experience, divers around the world recognize that you take your diving seriously and you have had superior training in a variety of diving disciplines. They can count on you should an emergency call for your skills and that you can be trusted to responsibly plan and execute the dive profile for the current conditions.
